The International Religious Liberty Association Board of Experts is a respected think tank consisting of distinguished academics, practitioners and other international experts in the field of human rights and religion.  The group has been meeting annually since 1999 to study issues of concern, and has periodically released consensus statements summarizing their analysis and recommendations.
